Chef Raquel Moreno of La Nena cooks and Anaiis Salles, founder of Green Sanctuary Earth Institute of Pennsylvania share information about fall vegetables, red wiggler worms, and compost with students at Paul Fly Elementary School. In addition to the classroom presentations, Chef Moreno prepared a squash tacos tasting for their children’s lunch on September 28, 2011.
